  • Website visitors and registered auction participants are hereinafter referred to as Users.

  • We operate in strict compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable data protection laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

  • If you do not agree with this policy, please refrain from using our services or registering on the platform. The User is responsible for the accuracy of the provided data.

2. Purposes of Data Processing and Collected Data

To ensure successful auction processing and item sales, we process the following information:

  • Auction Management & Contract Fulfillment: Processing the winner's personal details (name, surname, delivery address, email, phone number, purchase history, and age verification) is legally required to finalize the sales agreement, process payments, and dispatch items.

  • Direct Marketing: Subject to explicit User consent (opt-in during registration), we send updates about upcoming auctions via email or SMS. This consent can be withdrawn at any time in the account settings.

3. Data Retention and Sharing

  • Account and purchase data are stored for 2 years from the User's last active login. After this period, the account and all associated personal data are permanently deleted.

  • Data may be shared with third-party service providers only to the extent necessary for operations: integrated payment gateway systems, courier delivery services, and IT maintenance partners.

  • Data will only be disclosed to law enforcement authorities when strictly required by law.

The website is built on the PrestaShop platform and utilizes cookies for fundamental system functionality and analytical purposes (Google Analytics).
