  • The purchase agreement is concluded with the registered user who submits the highest bid before the designated auction countdown ends.

2. Requirements for Participants & Fair Play

  • Only registered, logged-in users who are at least 18 years old are eligible to participate in the auctions.

  • Platform organizers, employees, representatives, and their immediate family members are strictly prohibited from bidding.

  • The use of any automated bidding software (bots, scripts, etc.) is strictly forbidden. If such activity is detected, Lotas.lt reserves the right to cancel bids, refuse the sale of items, and suspend or permanently delete the offender's account.

  • Access may be restricted for users who have previously won auctions but failed to complete their payment within the required timeframe.

3. Intellectual Property

  • The entire structure, design, text, graphics, software code, and all other elements of the Lotas.lt website are the exclusive property of the platform operator or its partners.

  • Any copying, distribution, or unauthorized use of this content without prior written consent from the administration is strictly prohibited.

4. Limitation of Liability & Technical Issues

  • Users access and use the website at their own risk and acknowledge that internet connection quality or third-party service interruptions are beyond the control of Lotas.lt.

    • Instances where a buyer is unable to participate or receive items due to inaccurate, incomplete, or misspelled information provided in their profile or registration form.
